HAMMY'S POSTING. Oh man, I have a massive soft spot for Ghost because she was my first PT/SS mutual ever so I'm always thrilled when she comes from the dead to post something on @thousandmarch! Our thread is also one of my very first plotted threads so I consider her a stepping stone that led to what my blog is today. I know she has tons of blogs and doesn't get online often but, man, when she does I swear I'm the first one to see it. 💙 If we talk about blogs that ARE active, I love seeing @thetravelershub's Look Outside muses pop up in my Dash! Reina was one of the reasons I binged my very first playthrough in a couple of days (the other were my friends wanting to watch me pull a bad ending on stream lol) so I'm always happy to see what Sam and co. are up to. Seeing multis write their muses interacting with each other is one of my favorite things about those blogs, I do it too sometimes! As for who I admire? I was holding back at first just so I could mention her in this particular ask— @emptyzone is GOALS to me. The RPC is very small, and populated by people that refuse to get off this chair, so I've known Kirm and her Kirby since I was writing Frisk aaaaaall the way in 2015, and Todomatsu a couple years after. AND LOOK WHERE SHE IS NOW!! Idk, I think it's cool how many of those muses I remember from their own single blogs a whole decade ago are now together in a multimuse that has an overarching story going on. Not to mention how many other muns and their muses are involved in this shared universe that has a clear timeline and lots of events. What's there not to admire? She's a great friend and a very creative mind, I find it insane that she can balance her job with all the writing she does on a daily (ngl, wish that were me, but I write one thing and I'm already tired for the day), and she's been doing this for years! Idk, that and the fact that she just does what she enjoys are all traits I find worth looking up to. Legit love reading what she posts, from the one-shots to the plots, to the IC Statuses and Dash Comms; I think she's an RPC hidden gem.

He often used self defense as ( more than warranted ) excuse to attack everything that moves a little too fast towards him, especially ifthey were holding onto some weapon... but this time it's true! He almost got sawed in half by a giant weird circled weapon!! Hitting him in the face with a magical projection if the Duchess' claw was totally justified!

If anything, the fact that the other actually stopped attacking to complain is... positive? It's kind of positive. Gunked crabs who could still talk did it mostly to insult him while swinging their claws at him.

"If you don't want to fight I'm okay with not fighting! But I'm-" a gulp as he tries to sound way more confident than he actually is ( more than absolute zero ) "--I-I'm not putting down the fork first! So!! There!!!"

HAMMY'S POSTING. Omg, Ghost, ABSOLUTELY!! 💙 I love these two like you wouldn't believe, I totally have ideas.

Due to the strange nature of both the Spire and the Tower, their timelines are pretty interconnected. The gates to the levels (and The Painter's paintings for that matter) are portals and every so often they'll just glitch out, generating a bridge between both. Yup, that's my explanation as to how our thread is even possible in the first place. This doesn't only apply to these gates and doorways, though; various objects also can have this effect. Mirrors are a very easy bridging alternative, but so are, albeit less effectively... phonelines. Prior to the events of their respective climbs, Pizzelle and Peppino have interacted on the phone once as a result of this glitching. He was actually trying to call Rosette, but it seems he dialed a completely different phone entirely. Obviously, because they never exchanged names, neither is aware of this; only having a vague memory of their voices to go off of.

Both are so anxious and on edge at all times it balances out, rather than constantly feed off each other in a panic loop. They actually become calm and mostly level-headed when around each other, instinctively not wanting to exacerbate the other (likely from personal experience, or because they can sense it). Their combined anxiety aura could kill literally anyone else, tbh. At the same time, though, they'll keep each other at arm's length most of the time, juuust in case. Even if they know the other isn't their nemesis in disguise, they remain very cautious. They're so uncannily alike they'd be instantly put off by it if they were to become aware. Out of all the potential Gremlin and Italian combos, this is the most unsuspectingly unstable of the bunch. God knows what will happen if either of them snaps, but the chain reaction that'll follow won't be pretty. Pray both of them don't aggro on you.

They're naturals at teamwork! One is small and speedy, the other is built like a truck, just because they're bundles of nerves and paranoia doesn't mean they don't compensate for each other's physical shortcomings. Peppino can't access a secret that's behind a small gap but Pizzelle certainly can; and Pizzelle can't do anything when in front of a brick wall but Peppino (most likely) could. They can also work in tandem very well, which is WAY scarier than it sounds in writing. No one wants to be in Peppino's way as he throws Pizzelle and his scooter forward as hard as he can, he probably sends the guy into Mach 4 immediately, turns him into a missile even.

While they'd get along at the end of the day, I imagine the least they know about each other the better. They know themselves, their pasts and how they ended up in their respective food-based hellscapes; so they assume the other had it rough had it very rough and wouldn't want them to pry and, so, they don't. You just couldn't waterboard that information out of either of them, at least not during the events of their respective games. Maybe in the future, when this nightmare is over, and they're a phone call or a faulty mirror away, that will change. Also Peppino would get to be in Pizzelle's wedding so it'd be inevitable. I have a feeling they have so much in common it wouldn't be as difficult for them to open up to each other once the dust settles.

All it took for his scooter to come to a literal SCREECHING halt was to sticking his foot to the ground as hard as he could and leaning his body, the handle and the steering column sideways; sparks almost flying as the combination of his top speed and such a rash decision caused him to slide several feet...

...until it came to a complete stop, the rubber wheels gently bumping into a wall.

It was a miracle Pizzelle didn't spin out and crash then, for he wouldn't have seen it coming. Literally. Even when he had clearly stopped, his eyes remained tightly shut and his grip on the handlebars never loosened up, as if... everything had happened so quickly his brain hadn't caught up yet.

But the moment it did— " Oh my Gosh. " —it all hit him at once. " O-o-oh my Gosh. " The scent of burnt-up rubber in the air, the layer of cold sweat all over his face, the way his hands felt so sore, the— " AHH!! " —the sharp noise his scooter made when it hit the ground, causing him to spring a couple feet away.

He... hadn't even noticed letting go of the thing. " Oh my Gosh, oh my Gosh, oh my Gosh. " Or how dim-lit his surroundings were, or the how the floor he stood was made out of cobblestone. " That... that... t-that was way too close. " He was far too blindsided to think about anything other that— " T-t-that thing aaalmost got me... "

The air had become freezing cold for an instant, and he thought that was the end.

" Y- . " Suddenly, his body and torso jerked in a different direction. " Y-you SAW it too, right?! That- ! " He stopped in his tracks. That was when it finally dawned on him. " ...Rosette? " No one else was there. " Oh no. " He was alone. " O-o-ohhhhhh no. " And he was getting lightheaded by the minute. It was as if everything was crumbling down around him- including himself.

(Did I... take a wrong turn?) That place was not familiar at all, and he was THIS CLOSE to screaming.

HAMMY'S POSTING. I like reading everyone's OOC posts talking about what they're up to, or what their plans for the day are, or even if they've accomplished anything recently. I might not ❤️ everything I see, but I swear I read every little thing! And reply if it's not too late (it's never too late, but I feel weird about replying to a post several hours later); gotta show support y'know? Also, I've said it before, but I really, reeeeally like how blue my blog is! Like with the white post background and stuff?? It's cohesive and cute! Can't say I'm not proud of the graphics I've made for this blog and the couple things I learned to do on Photoshop by myself.

🐹 • Do you save anything? What would you look back on, to admire, or refresh your memory on writing?

HAMMY'S POSTING. I like to think everything on my blog is saved because I never delete my blogs. I know others do it for a wide variety of reasons but, even in fandoms I'd never interact with again, I refuse to delete my blogs because I like walking down memory lane. I like reading older threads and checking on my old mutuals' blogs to see if they're still up to anything these days (spoilers: the RPC is like 10 people that refuse to leave lmao, chances are they're still around one way or another). 😊 It's also why I've adopted a number system, just so I can re-read particular threads with ease. If only Tumblr's tagging worked. Oh yeah, I also unironically save every SS fanart I find, including links, just because an artist I like deleted a doodle once and I NEEDED to make sure I didn't miss out on anything since. It's sad I can't reblog most of the fanart I used to like back when I was a fandom lurker because those users deleted their blogs. 😔
