Headcanon: Thrak may be a Necromancer, but he’s really bad at it. Hilariously bad. He’s just good enough to raise some corpses up for a quick scare or distraction maybe, but they plop back to the ground after a minute at most.

He prefers fighting with a sword or morgul blades to using zombies to fight for him anyway.
