Did You Know: Following the victory of the All Flags Navy against Thras, the surviving captain's signed the Concordat of Fraternity? This document bound each captain and their people to the cause of peace and cooperation in Tamriel. Sadly, without a common enemy to keep Tamriel united, old rivalries and conflicts soon resurfaced.
