Most of Reggie Del Monico’s time was spent finding ways to be away from home for as long as possible. It wasn’t that he hated his household or his mother’s vulturous ways but more or less was nearly always desperate for some kind of space. It was easier to find plans than to plan out a conversation of such a caliber with his mom. Today’s reason? Sterling was working at the Lima Bean for a closing shift. Sure, Reggie probably should have been laying low on his friendship with the blonde after... whatever the hell was going on with her and Trace, but their personalities meshed a little too well and Reggie was feeling the absence of her presence nowadays. “Sup Duval?” Reggie said with a nod as he entered the establishment, immediately sighing happily at the smells the Bean always offered him. “You look shitty today,” he commented with a smirk before he was flinging his backpack into a booth and making himself at home. There were hardly any other customers in the coffee house, which just spurred Reggie’s antics on more. “If I order a drink, I get to make it.” Reggie’s friends came to visit him enough at Rinky Dink’s for him to know the boundaries that could get crossed whenever a person was working - and apparently a crossable boundary right now was Reggie sitting himself on the front counter top of the Bean. @sterlingduval
