sage already felt a little less lonely in his lostness, a feeling that put a spring in his step. he was used to feeling clueless while everyone around him knew what to do, but he felt a certain kinship knowing henry hadn’t cleaned a beach before either. “glad we’re in the same boat,” sage said, flashing him a smile as they picked up their supplies. “nice to meet you, henry. i’m sage. are you from here?”
