Thread Tracker Info
I try to be as fair as possible with my process of deleting and cleaning out my threads to keep them up to date.
I know some people are busy and i am always up to continue the thread even if i’ve deleted it. I can always put it back in my tracker. But this is my process so that you guys know if you recieve a message.
On my thread tracker, it informs me of the date and time the last post was made. If that date exceeds one week, I will send my first message. (everyone gets the same message)
Hello!~ I've come to let you know my last reply was sent out on [Enter date] and wondering if you still need time, or would like to end the plot. Either is fine and i also don't mind if you'd rather plot something else. Please let me know within another week so i know if i should remove the thread from the tracker. Thank you so much! ^-^
After about 2 or 3 days without a reply from said message, I will archive the thread, just to be absolutely sure and I will send a message informing you that it is archived and that the next step, is to be deleted. I will wait the rest of the week before deleting them so in all, you will have two weeks to reply or message me that you will be a while. To make them scheduled, I will probably do them on Fridays or Saturdays.
