Out here in the ocean, far from the shoreline, this was where she liked best in Spirale. No humans, or very few, no distractions, just her being able to swim as much as she wanted and as fast as she wanted, without fear of startling anyone.
But... sometimes, it wasn’t just her. Very rarely, she’d find another ocean dweller, someone she could relate to.
And now, like in almost every other case, she found them because she almost swam into them at top speed after going through a school of fish that obscured her vision.
“Woah!” she said, as she made a quick movement with her tail to send her just past Nami, narrowly missing her.
“Sorry about that!” She came to a half, then swam backwards, upside down, back towards Nami. “I don’t expect to see people here.”
