Most people slept in whatever room they could manage to find in the Commune, just plopping down wherever. Though Xander had a few he was known to occupy mostly cause he had his parents and siblings to hang around with too. Hearing a click he let out a groan, grabbing a pillow and shoving it over his face when the lights came on. "You guys can't bitch about me not taking a break then come to wake me up," he whined.

“look, i don’t care if temptation island is offering you more money. we have a contract and if you even try to get out of that, you can bet our lawyers will be on your ass. get some sleep and we’ll talk tomorrow,” scout said into their phone, their free hand held up to pause the conversation she had been having. without waiting for a good-bye, scout hung up the phone and let out a giant sigh. “sorry - where were we?”

Xander was holding Fabian close to his chest, grateful that Lia could have a small break from the triplets. His other two were currently with their godparents, as much as he loves his kids even he knew trying to juggle all three alone was a plan destined for disaster. Seeing Scout he gave a small wave, “Hey you, your nephew might not be old enough to swim but we could let him kick his feet a little,” he said.

"i'm not sure if you could help me. maybe you can't but you might be able to point me in the right direction," scout said as she crossed the room in few strides, revealing the design to benjamin. "i need this arch built as part of the set for this new show we're doing. and everyone else wants this plain wooden one but i think it would be too cliché. i'd make sure you're paid excellently, of course. and there's no issue of budget," scout said, biting her bottom lip at the end of the pitch. "i just couldn't think of anyone else to ask."

“why do they have to make it so difficult to pick a flavour?” scout whined as she scanned the display case. she could never decide if she wanted to stick with her tried and true chocolate or try one of the many new flavours they were showcasing. looking over her shoulder, scout scrunched her face before talking to the person nearby. “sorry - if you know what you want, please, feel free to go ahead of me. i could be here for a good hour.”

Nephi was standing in line at Pret A Manger - not a French establishment, and probably not surviving long on that account - waiting for his coffee order to be called and his warm sandwich to be handed to him. He was lolling his head left and right in the hopes of waking himself up a bit more. He wasn’t paying attention, and he was very sure he heard the flat white, so he walked forward to pick it up, giving the lady behind the counter a smile and going for the door, his paper bag in one hand, and his coffee in the other. The look on someone’s face got him pause for a moment. “Uhhm, Excuse-moi?”
Pancake was, well, a slippery little dude. It had rained midway through their walk and the pair still hasn’t dried off completely, and the tiny dog had grown restless about getting back home. Restless enough, unfortunately, that he slipped out of his collar and ran about his own route. Noah chased after him, relieved when he saw the pup stopped in front of someone on the sidewalk. “I’m so sorry, he’s harmless - I promise. Just a nuisance.” He laughed, scooping up the dog.
