Sutton and their grandmother had told Sidney about Ryan; so Sid went into the event keeping an eye out for the man.
He caught the man speaking with Ellis and knew that he had to be the one. Ellis didn’t talk to people.
Sid approached where the man was sat, offering a, “Hey. Ryan, right?” Now, Sid and Sutton were identical. But there was no way in hell Sutton would ever be caught wearing what Sidney was. If Ryan picked up on that (or not) during their first meeting was the question. Regardless, Sid was more inclined to smile unlike his brother who had the emotional capacity of a rock.
