“The Prince Regent -” Max snapped into the phone, but then caught himself, quickly reigning in that temper he’s had to check all his life. “The Prince Regent is not involved with this matter,” when he continued his voice was dangerously even, “Everything regarding this is to be brought directly to myself or the Duke of Zurich, is that understood?” He waited only until they’d confirmed and then hung up, likely saving himself from their harried apologies.
