"it's not just any favor," ken warned, his head tilting ever so slightly to mirror logan’s. "this is about.. about love!" he inhaled sharply, eyelashes fluttering as he dropped what he believed to be an earth-shattering revelation. "i need you to kiss me," he blurted, voice barely above a whisper, but every ounce of urgency was packed into those five words. "properly. not like... a little peck or whatever. like a real kiss. with meaning. and technique." his lips pressed together as he searched logan’s face, waiting for the inevitable protest, the refusal, the judgment because even ken knew this was not a normal thing to ask your friend. but he had reasons, valid ones. and to logan’s credit, he didn’t blink an eye or pull away when ken initially clutched onto him. and ken liked that about him. he was dependable, like a really solid rock. a rock that served drinks, which made him slightly less nervous going to his trusted friend with this request. his fingers twitched against the fabric of logan’s shirt before he finally pulled back just enough to give him room to breathe. "and it has to be you. you’re… you’re stable. you won’t judge me, and i know you’re good at this because you—well, you’re you, obviously." his hands gestured vaguely, as if that was the most obvious thing in the world.
