Nick had been enjoying her time with Fiona. The woman was beautiful sure that was a given. But more importantly she was witty and kind and didn’t just see her as her looks. She had thought it would be one time. Get rid of the itch but the longer she talked to her the longer she wanted to be in her bed in her apartment. She’d even started waking up early when she stayed on weeknights to get the woman’s coffee made before her alarm went off.

She smiled coming into the room and pressing a kiss to her cheek. “Time to get up beautiful.” She said setting the coffee on her bedside table. “You’re going to have to start getting up without me soon.” She said sitting in the bed teasingly as she ran her hand down her arm.

Nick had hated her schedule lately. She felt like she spent more time out of Cypress Cove than in it and she missed her sister and her girlfriend She was supposed to be in New York tonight the Met Gala and she probably should have gotten on the plane this afternoon but she just didn't find herself wanting to. She wanted to take her girlfriend out instead of going and having shallow conversations. She didn't want to show off a dress she'd had the head of her company pick out who kept telling her it would look better taken in a bit as if she wasn't already too thin so she'd texted him and told him she wasn't going and made her way into the school waiting for the children to leave before sneaking in behind Fiona.

"Hey Fiona." she said wrapping her arms around the woman's waist and kissing her cheek from behind. "Please tell me you don't have any afterschool activities so I can treat you to an extravagant date."
