Alecto had supposed she had expected there to be talk after yesterday’s march. But she hadn’t expected it to be because of a vampire attack. She supposed that maybe people talking about that, was better than them moaning about wanting equal rights. It was sad, and it was horrible. But Alecto didn’t really care. It was nobody she knew, and while she could be a little bit empathetic about the situation, she wasn’t going to act like it was the end of the world. Because it wasn’t.
The bar felt busy, but that wasn’t unusual. They were a pretty well known bar after all. She looked up as she saw someone coming up to the bar, and the red head smiled, recognising the familiar face of Sebastian. “Evening....” She murmured with a little grin. “Brought your latest conquest for a drink?” It hadn’t escaped Alecto’s attention that she rarely saw Sebastian with the same person, and she wasn’t afraid to mention it.
