Grace had brought snacks with her when she had gone to visit Sherry. They were still in the process of getting to know one another after the events in Racoon City, but for once, Grace found that she was confident it was going well. Really well in fact.

"I actually wanted to ask you something." She said carefully in a lull of conversation. "You don't have to, but I- well..." Grace sighed. "I was trying to find out more about Spencer. My report is finished already. It's not that I need it for that. Its just, a lot of the information in the FBI database on him is... I dunno. There are gaps. I guess I was wondering if the D.S.O. had anything different."

"H-hey. It's okay. You're safe." That was debatable, given the position they found themselves in. "You were having a nightmare." She explains sheepishly.

Grace moved slightly closer when it looked like they weren't about to lash out. "I'm sorry for waking you. It just... looked pretty bad." She finished lately, guilt edging into her voice.

If there was one thing Grace was good at it was running.

The wooded surroundings were unfamiliar as she tried to put a much distance between her and that horrible place behind her. She had never considered how disorientating being kidnap was. Any sense of time or location had been lost to her the moment she was knocked unconscious in Wrenwood.

She just needed to keep going. Grace crashes through the forest with little care for the noise of snapping foliage, too afraid to notice how silent the area around her was becoming.

"You weren't meant to see that." Ethan's almost bashful, tugging his sleeve down to cover the scars from when his hand had been stapled back to his wrist. - for Zeno or Grace - @diedindulvey

"Oh, that's - its okay." Grace was quick to reassure him. It was rude of her, probably, to have looked. She wondered, unable to help herself, what happened to him. "Sorry."

"I just meant that I'm not judging."

It wasn't as though it was unexpected, considering they were in the DSO 'victim support group'. It wasn't called that really, but Grace thought her description seemed more accurate. "Is... you don't have to talk about it. But is that why you're here?" Her hesitation bled through in the awkward way she posed the question.

In an attempt to smooth the conversation she lifted the sleeve of her t-shirt, showing the scarred bite mark it concealed.
