This box payout has been a subject of wonder, questions and for some excitement. * I sent an email with zero response. * @krangele received some info from chatting with customer service. * So I dug in deep on the Thredup website. I find the website not user friendly and I may never be able to find this info again! * You can choose a partner clean out kit and receive an upfront payout of an e gift card for use with that partner. No cash! * No changing prices! No changing how you get paid! Yes, you must purchase return assurance if you want your rejects back. They will expedite your processing with out paying for it. Yes it's #threduptuesday and my YouTube video was recorded and downloaded on vacation. Link is in my. Don't forget to like and subscribe. * Spotty internet service and vacation hasn't been the ideal situation for new boxes being checked in with issues. * I don't know why but my boxes always finish processing on Fridays and that really stinks. Thredup won't make changes until after auction which I find irritating. I am always waiting to contact them Monday morning when chat is open. * There's definitely an easier way with a simple is everything correct email and then allow the pricing adjustments prior to going to auction. * There's no perfect selling platform. Thredup is changing! THESE ARE NOT MY KITS! Here's your proof for any miss marked items. I take photos of the tag and even style #'s when sending items into Thredup. * If something is miss marked I have the proof and can even get more when googling the brand and style #'s. * DO NOT LEAVE CLEARANCE TAGS ON YOUR ITEMS! * Always be prepared when human error happens. It's a fact that we are all human. You contact Thredup through Chat. When chat is closed you keep putting the item into your cart! * I am not going to let this blazer that's made in Italy NWT for $310.00 from Dillards be sold for $34.99. It's in my shopping cart and I will keep putting it there until Monday when when chat is open again. * I had contacted them Friday right after it processed but for some reason Thredup waits till after the auction is done to fix it and last time I was told to contact them after the auction ended. * This could be an easy fix if Thredup just gave confirmation emails Monday - Friday before moving forward.
