1.) This does not exempt you from the consequences for very real threats to another person. If you threaten to hurt someone, don't expect the authorities to not try to find you, and punish you.

2.) Yes, you are allowed to say horrible things, unless you intend to spread slander or libel to deliberately endanger or tarnish someone else in the public eye for a targeted goal.

3.) No, it does not protect you from people calling you out when you spew ignorant, hateful, or just plain fucking stupid bullshit. You have the right to say stupid shit in public, and other people have the right to call you stupid for saying it. Deal with it.
