The Joy Of Physics

I think sadness is good because when I'm happy, I'm happy

And I can look at any three dimensional object and think holy shit that exists

Or when the light hits your glass of water changing its color

Changing its meaning, holy shit that exists

Sometimes I get caught up lying on the floor staring at my shoes across the room

Side by side facing the wall overlapping the rectangular angular legs of a chair

And I am amazed, and I don't care if I sound crazy because this chair can walk

Because random placement gives me the opportunity to see, to look

We don't look enough, just like we can hear but we don't listen enough

And in a few hours the shoes will no longer be there

And the chandelier's light will be off, and the legs may move

But in a few seconds I can capture a moment

That history continuously forgets

Because history can't document what we saw

Only what we did, or what we thought we did

And art tries, but still it's up to us to really look at art

To try and understand what the past saw

I am in love with this world, with this multi-dimensional world

Every time I see the light hit my metallic pen in the right spot

I know this world will keep on going, this universe will never stop

When your emotions try to pull you down, 

You've got incredible, intricate systems at play

Use your senses, yes all of your senses

Touch the ground, you exist
