Upward-facing dog:

Going into ustrasana, camel pose:
"Before taking the head back, swallow. Bring your head back from that point, the hyoid bone."
Savasana, corpse pose:
"Press the back of the tongue toward the upper palate. Extend through the crown of the head, and feel it(the upper palate) relax."
