We're Celebrating Fifteen Years of Success
For the past 15 years, what has set Through Eternity apart from the crowd in small group walking tours is our unparalleled devotion to bringing visitors a truly in-depth experience.
This experience comes alive through our dedicated and passionate guides, all of whom are professional experts in their respective fields, such as art history and archaeology.
Combine these factors with 15 years of on-the-ground logistical coordination and a truly dedicated staff that cares about making your trip a once-in-a-lifetime memory, and you have the magic that is today's Through Eternity: consistently garnering 5-star reviews day by day, thanks to our loyal and highly engaged clients.
July 24, 2014 marked our 15-year anniversary, which we celebrated with a gathering of our office staff and guides, many of whom have worked exclusively with us for years.
We are humbled and grateful for the support shown to our organization not only by our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team players, but also by our curious and intelligent clients, who distinguish themselves by their desire to go beyond the surface of history and into the stories that make each monument, each site, each artifact, more than just a date in time but a story to be lived and experienced.
At Through Eternity, our philosophy since our origins in 1999 has been to slow down and take the time needed to immerse our clients in the deep, rich stories of the places we tour.
To this end, one of the first tours we offered was ground-breaking in our field: a five-hour in-depth exploration of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
We realized ahead of the crowd that a special kind of visitor deserved a special kind of tour, one in which the aim wasn't to check things off of a list but rather to truly stop and spend time to savor and appreciate the finer points, in an intimate, small-group setting.
Priceless masterpieces such as those by Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, and Caravaggio deserve and merit our undivided attention, so we designed our unique tours to allow our clients to behold these works of art and history in a personal way, without simply rushing by, as well as to learn the unique stories behind each of them.
Our caring, client-centered approach is what set us apart in the beginning—and our ongoing innovation and dedication to our guests's experience is what continues to set us apart now. Even as we grow to engage more visitors year after year, we have stayed true to our original mission.
We extend our greatest thanks and appreciation to the thousands of clients that have given us the opportunity to share our unique perspective on how to experience history over these past 15 years. Their eager support, thirst for knowledge, and kind and constructive feedback have all been factors which make us the well-respected leader in the local walking tour industry that we are today.
Full of gratitude, we now look forward to an ever-brighter future in bringing history alive for our clients.
With best wishes and our deepest thanks for your support,
Robert Allyn and Rosario Gorgone Co-founders of Through Eternity
