patrick and art are both jealousy ridden people. they can’t help it, they love to please you and hate when the other pleases you more. when one of them receives a reward, or high praise, or even a little too much attention, the two of them end up arguing. they go ‘round and ‘round in circles getting angry with one another, while you watch them with a satisfied smirk on your face, riveting the way they passionately and possessively fight over you. there’s only ever one solution: for them to both please you at the same time.
