"Nothing feels more like everything than love." -@storypeople I spent last weekend and the early part of this week in North Texas with Ma & Pa. It was the farthest I've been from my little bubble in 15 weeks. In my travel I reflected on the discomfort in such a big change of scenery, and the privilege of a job and routines that allowed me to stay home for that many weeks prior. Together in the midst of a pandemic, the three of us found joy in mundane things like riding an elevator, eating Whataburger in a parking lot, and taking out the recycling. We also celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and a very special Father's Day via a Zoom call with beloveds in Houston & Carrboro. Other highlights include gems from Susanna & Garrison as we worked to consolidate/purge years of accumulated stuff.
