You might have cross thread the balls or not tightened them enough fam.
i don’t think they’re threaded, it’s just a barbell but i don’t know that much about piercings tbh. when i got it replaced my piercer just screwed it back on so i just took my extra and screwed it in too but i can’t seem to screw it all the way in & i’m pinching my skin in the process dfgknjbfkjndg
