I think when I suggest I should stay in the car people should listen to me because then I wouldn’t have barged a trolley at a sixty something year old woman telling her to “beep fucking beep” while she stood chatting in the doorway, or wouldn’t have busted a twelve pack of water bottles

#I’ve calmed down a bit #I know I was insanely rude I really had very little control between my head and mouth #trolley didn’t touch her though #but I’m aware I’m bad #SO angry #and probably irrationally so #I had to walk with my hands clamped very very tightly like GOD #AGH #throwingisbad

I could have been awake and productive for the last two and a half hours but instead Ive been on my phone and I’m EVIL I could have had things DONE

#and I deserve it #and I don’t know what else I feel but it’s spooking #I know I was previously angry #but what is this now #throwingisbad #I don’t know how much I’ve complained today but it’s lots #please block my tag if you don’t want to see it
