Black was caught deliberately provoking patient PETROVSKI, Alina in the library. I walked in on the pair during a confrontation where It was made apparent to me that Black was using threats and fear to try and force Petrovski to move. When she wouldn’t move straight away Black forcefully shoved Petrovski’s property off of the desk in a deliberate attempt to rile the OCD suffering patient up. In the process she damaged an important emotional sentement on Petrovski’s and when asked by myself she continued to verbally assault the young girl, forcing her to tears.
