What a day inside the halls of justice aka Judicial Center. The supper moon from week before last must had played havoc. lol
Calf’s: Calf raises, calf raises – out, calf raises – in, high heel pliés, plié calf raises total time 7 min. First three moves with 8 lb weight in each hand.
Thigh’s: On elbow and raised arm straight leg lifts both sides 6 min.
Bonus: Clam shell each side 1 min, frog bridge 1 min and side leg lifts 1 min each side
Feeling good and this weekend will plan out next weeks daily workouts.
