Okay so, taking into account Alex and Eric: Every morning, the couple will go for a run around the base, with Eric sitting on Alex's shoulders and his arms crossed. He's quite flexible so if they have to go through any doorways he will just bend backwards as if he were in a limbo competition (which he can usually win)
