I know you’ll be happy to hear this, I’m doing the Color Run today! It’s a birthday present for my 11yo Isara. Can’t think of a better way to start a birthday off smashing each other with dye and getting dirty!! We’re won’t be running, we’ll be in the walkers and dancers group 😊 hehe. Will blog some photos. You talk about the rules of the English language and phonetics of the English language both of which are a complete joke. The “rules” have so many exceptions it’s downright farcical (the case of i before e except after c springs to mind, which has more exceptions than words that obey the rule). Also English isn’t phonetic, both of which combine to make it one of the easiest to learn to speak but hardest to write. Sorry for being a dick.

There isn’t just an idiot African American lady. We have a few in Australia. I used to work for a govt dept, Child Support in fact & I came across a lot of bogan names. I got to speak to Ladashla, yes it was spelled La-La. I have plenty more examples ; )
