Without them both to help alleviate his stress, he knew he would never be able to smile the way he does when they are with him.

You want to know how I met Bucky and Steve? Well, let me tell you my story. 

This all started when I was traveling back to my father’s land, across waters reputed for being infested by bandits… We had not thought there was any real danger, but alas, we were wrong.

One day me and my crew were talking about projects to carry on as soon as we arrived back home, the next I was chained up to the wall of some pirate ship. Now, it didn’t smell or look like pirate ships are rumored to. I could almost say it was decent. They even gave me some food. But nobody talked to me -even though this was a crew that called itself the Howlers; but I learned that later. No, nobody talked to me, not until the Captain and his right hand came, looking very pleased;

I bought you some flowers

My fill for the prompt ‘Roses’ for @pridewrite​ (even though these aren’t only roses), day 9. This is also my fill for the square O3 - Giving gifts for the @thundershieldbingo​ and for the square I2 ‘Flowers for no reason’ for the @anyfandomfluffbingo

“​I bought you some flowers.” “They smell so good.” “Divine. And I know you love painting new flowers.

That was all there was, no particular reason. Thor had seen the pink roses, then asked the florist for a bouquet. Sadly, his artistic abilities were rather limited, but with some help he had been able to get a nice composition for Steve. Thor knew his lover loved flowers –as did he, they were beautiful and smelled good– and loved painting them. 

Steve smiled at him and brought their mouths together for a chaste kiss.

“Thank you Thor.” “Any time, my love.”
