          he does!! he does, he does, he does. but the huge thing to remember is ear touching means different things depending on the elf and where / how one touches. they’re extremely sensitive as well ( tip and shell!! ), which can make a careless touch feel somewhat rough and unpleasant even if that wasn’t the intention. in Thranduil’s case, his ears are both erogenous zones as well as prime targets for supplementing social connections with those he trusts. light tugs, grazes, and sometimes nips are his favorite.
