Me: Okay so like tricksters are a bit like ID, you know, they rely somewhat more on base instinct and what a person really wants; but they just kind of take it too far

Me: When he became a trickster he tried marry all of his friends

Me: Now it's not like Jake secretly wants to marry all of his friends; at his core Jake is the kind of person who wants to make everyone he cares about happy and is constantly upset when he finds he can't accomplish that
Me: So as a trickster he just compromises okay so you like me and you like me and we're dating

Me: It was some sort of extreme compromise brought on by the trickster mode looping his brain
