X-Men Tickle Headcannons (Part 1)
AN: I am very excited for the next season of X-Men 97' so I've been having a LOT of X-Men brainrot lately (mainly about Scott Summers, I've def got a crush). I've had a lot of these headcannons in my head for a while so apologies if they seem random lol. There's also a bit of Scott x Jean in this, I don't really ship them but it ended up fitting well into my headcannons.
This one is just Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, and Wolverine but I'll likely do more in the future. And a lot of these headcannons are a mix of the comics and the cartoons since that's mainly what I know.

Cyclops (Scott Summers)
I've got a LOT to say about him so buckle up
He's definitely not the most ticklish person ever but you can still get him if you know where to touch
His spots are his knees, back, shoulders, and sides
As a Ler he tends to be more playful then he normally allows himself
He mainly tickles Jean, especially when they were younger
Tickling her awake, poking her ribs every so often, and gently teasing her is common between them
"You still giggle the same as when you were a teenager."
"Your laugh is so pretty, wish I could hear it more."
With Magik I see him doing it less but being a bit more ruthless
He's not above fluttering a few fingers on her neck in passing or making a quick comment about one of her tickle spots
"Illyana focus! You're leaving your side open. You should be more careful, especially considering how ticklish you are."
"If you stayed on your guard, I wouldn't be able to tickle you so much."
I don't really see him tickling anyone else except for Warren though I can only see him doing it when they were younger
When he was on the Champions (one of my fav teams btw) I imagine he only teased but never joined in on any real tickling
"Jeez Miles, you're really ticklish. No wonder Kamala has such an easy time tickling you."
He's just watching most of the time because he has trouble loosening up
Onto the Lee stuff now
When he was younger, I feel like people tried to tickle him a lot
Trying to be stoic and nonchalant doesn't really work when your friend group is a bunch of teenagers looking for ways to mess around
So whenever Scott was being broody or just a dork in general he typically could count on someone poking his back or skittering their fingers over his knee
He pretended to hate it but secretly he loved it because aww my friends want to see me smile
Into adulthood he got tickled a lot less by everyone but Jean
Though now she was tickling him in a much more romantic way then before
Tracing his back in bed to make him gasp, gently dragging her nails over his shoulders, and giving pokes to his side whenever she wanted a kiss
"J-Jean stop! That tickles!"
"I know! Isn't it cute?"
As far as teasing goes, he isn't really affected by it
He's too caught up in 'wow I love getting to feel like I'm a part of something so nice' to care what people are saying
Slight sidebar but let me get this out:
There was this issue of the Champions where Scott gets hit with residual energy that makes him just blurt out whatever he's feeling and be super emotionally all over the place
What if they find out he likes tickling (cause he's just saying whatever pops into his head) and that he wants to join in on their tickle fights but doesn't because he puts a lot of pressure on himself to be the mature/leader/stoic person
So they all decide to tickle him and he wants to act like he hates it but he can't hide how good of a time he's having bc of the energy thing??
Would that not be the cutest thing ever
And after they definitely tease him about it and give him pokes here and there
Maybe he finally feels more comfortable to let loose more and joins a tickle fight IDK LET THE MAN BE HAPPY
Jean Grey
She's definitely ticklish, no doubt about it
Her spots are her ribs, neck, and hips
Ler wise I think she's a bit of a tickle monster
You'd never suspect it from her but she's no stranger to being playful
Her nails are a deadly weapon and are fearing by her victims
Like I mentioned before, Scott gets more intimate tickles from her cause she mainly gets him in bed when they cuddle
She's no stranger to tickling Storm as well, the often exchange pokes and have had tickle fights in the past
(Storm wins most of the time though)
She also pokes Logan sometimes though not much more then that since his revenge tends to be brutal
As a teen, she would always join in on tickle fights when asked (though she mainly got called in when Scott was being tickled because everyone knew he had a crush and it was a good way to mess with him)
As a lee, she definitely gets her fair share of tickles
Her laugh is very sweet and girlish, on top of that she's a big giggler
Storm wins most of their tickle fights because when she's tickling her brain is going right to protecting herself rather then tickling back
"Jean, you might win more if you tried to tickle me back."
"I can't! It's too ticklish!"
Logan also tickles her a bit when he's in a good mood, he often tricks her into leaving herself open to a poke
"Hey Jeanie, look over there."
"Where?-"

Of course she knows he's tricking her, but she lets it happen anyway because like Scott she doesn't mind tickling
As a teenager, she got her fair share of tickling
Warren, Bobby, and Beast have tickled her more often then not though they're always a bit gentler with her
Storm (Ororo Munroe)
She's more ticklish then you might think, but she's good at holding it in
Her spots are her feet, sides, hands, and hips
She's not much of a ler but she definitely tickles Jean and Logan the most
She's good at tickling because of how sweet she can be when doing it
She can also use her powers to use the wind to her advantage against more sensitive lees
When she tickles Jean, she teases her a lot
She likes to build up anticipation before she goes in to tickle
"You're smiling already?"
"Goodness, I haven't even touched you yet!"
Now as a lee
While Jean may not be able to beat her in a tickle fight, others certainly can
While she was married to T'Challa, she was tickled often
Kisses to her palms and pokes to her sides weren't uncommon in their private moments
Though amongst the X-Men, Logan tends to sneak up on her with quick fingers tickling from behind
And of course, even Jean has gotten her pretty good from time to time
Her laugh is rich and smooth, though she's been known to snort
Teasing normally won't work on her unless it's from a lover, in which case she will blush
Wolverine (Logan Howlette)
He's easily one of the most ticklish people on the list but he'd never let anyone know
His spots are his stomach (cannon!), underarms, and ears
As a ler he can be very playful when he wants to be
With younger mutants that he has a soft spot for, tickling is a must
If he's taken you under his wing, you can bet that he'll be tickling you whenever you're anxious or being a bit too sassy with him
"C'mon kid, you were so talkative a minute ago. Got a case of the giggles?"
"Well I couldn't just let you frown all day. Otherwise you'll turn out looking like Cyclops and that's a fate worse then death."
Among friends, he isn't as outright about his tickling but that doesn't mean he's any less playful
He doesn't mind tickling Storm if they're bantering or just to lighten the mood
Jean also gets a few pokes from him from time to time
He's tried to tickle Nightcrawler in the past but he's hard to catch (for obvious reasons)
He's the least playful when he's tickling for revenge
He has to keep his tough guy reputation somehow, and if that means tickling someone to tears? so be it
"You wanted to tickle me, huh bub? Look who's laughin' now?"
When he's a lee, he rarely lets it be for long
Logan tries his best to seem like a tough guy, so he never lets himself get tickled without a fight
He even makes Storm work for it if she wants to tickle him
(This one is more for X-Men 97') Morph frequently tickles him and teases him relentlessly about it, they're the only ones to really get the drop on Logan without being thrown halfway across the room
Most of the time, he's snarling or staring you down if you try to tickle him
His laughter tends to start as small huffs but can easily grow louder
If you've got him laughing then teasing will work but if he gets embarassed he will push you off and turn the tables
