foggy showing off to matt the new self defense moves he learned from this super hot, super buff chick he met on campus and decided to go out with. matt being the one that foggy demonstrates the move out on, while matt teases him the entire way because foggy is struggling to get it right. after foggy successfully pins matt down and makes him unable to move, foggy tickles him in his now vulnerable state as payback for being such a smartass to him. the irony is matt could counter this in attack in the blink of an eye, and could’ve had foggy in the same position as himself. but to foggy, matt has no super powers or abilities, so instead he’s forced to take the tickles, which are really ticklish given his heightened senses.
