Something I spend a lot of time thinking about is the psychology of vulnerability and how using it and weaponising it can really heighten someone's level of ticklishness. A huge element of vulnerability comes from being restrained and having sensitive spots exposed, of course, but an underrated trick is to then make use of the space behind the lee.
Make them wait while you circle your prey, assessing their vulnerabilities and deciding how and when you want to start.
Give them time to consider just how helpless those exposed armpits are while you get into the best position to exploit them.
Or keep them guessing as they know the attack is coming, just not where or when...
Anyone else have some favourite underrated aspects of vulnerability?
