What happening with the pre-order charms people ordered are they still going to get them after what happened with your shop ect?
There was a big issue that went on through Jan-February
First a hacker filed some of my things as “shipped”, so I couldn’t easily refund, then started selling random shit on my account. Then later on I thought I lost all the money I found it in the payout. Then about a week later I found out 90$ went to a bank account that wasn’t mine. They put their bank in there payouts information. Mind you not I never used payouts and never had and issue and it went straight to my paypal. But I’m guessing because they put their bank in it went to payouts instead?? Then a week or so later in total took about 300$ total from me. I went to the police but obviously they wouldn’t do anything about it. In between all that I tried to refund as much as I could. It was my first store and I can admittedly say I didn’t prepare for this and write all of the buyers info down. Plus I was being overwhelmed by all this happening week by week, trying to get the money. So that was my fault. I unfortunately can not refund people, at least not at the moment. I can draw something for people if they please but I still have my commissions to work on as well. I hope all of you understand this;
