Honestly, it makes the fact that my mom randomly decided to buy giant toilet paper rolls months ago even funnier in hindsight.
Ha. My family tends to stock up whenever the price is low because poor people habits, so we’re set, but the entirety of this madness is baffling. OH! I need to send you a longer message on FR so I can tell you how had work has been. Because work has been bad. Fuck coronavirus, man.

I’ve had sciatic nerve pain since childhood that doctors always wrote off as growing pains. Is it triggered by sitting or crouching for a long time?
i think more from standing for a long time - i just had my first shift at my new job yesterday, where i stood for 4 hours straight, and then last night i had the pain for the first time in a while
Hey, I just wanted to give people a head's up about a cheap fidget I found. At my local Michael's (and possibly others) they have these plastic children's "Flash Charms" that are 80's/90's retro themed. One of them is a lovely tiny abacus with rolling beads & a tiny bell on it. Since they were on clearance mine was only 50 cents! They also had little skateboards and scooters with wheels, and plastic chains that make an awesome rattle sound in a bunch of colors. Keep your eyes peeled!
Ooh, that sounds awesome! Thanks for letting us know!

Well, yes, but you described it as having a "bird face". Real life squids have beaks, but in Japan they are nevertheless typically depicted with their face on the side of their head, usually with the siphon as a "mouth". So the mantle fin has been split into feet, and the beak has been displaced to the side of its head. What I mean is that the beak is a squid anatomy feature, so therefore, there's no reason to say it's a bird beak. Sorry if I worded myself unclearly.
I have enjoyed your infodumping about squids. Thank you for sharing your knowledge :D
It happens to be the birthday of one of the most important people in the world to me. @tidalice, you’ve been with me through the best and worst parts of my life and I’m so happy to have known you for as long as I have ♥♥♥♥♥

Beverage: Water, milk, diet sodas (because I am that rare beast that actually prefers the taste of diet).
Food: Stirfry.
Last movie I’ve seen in cinemas: Pacific Rim, sadly. (I had a list a mile long of ones I wanted to see this year but ended up not being able to afford ;_; )
Dream holiday: Japan, Wales, New Zealand. Alternatively, anything involving me away from civilization and responsibilities would work too.
Dream wedding: Tiny, lots of plants and greenery (maybe in a garden somewhere), sometime after the marriage license has already been taken care of.
