Salem Farmers' Market ft. Tidal Shift, 2017 Salem Arts Festival community art project. In support of Salem’s new plastic bag reduction legislation, and created by Salem community members, Tidal Shift aims to illustrate the impact of plastic bags on our local marine life. Each plastic bag jellyfish is made from an average of 10 bags, meaning that over 3000 bags have been saved from going into the ocean or landfills.
