Tide needed a new reference as his last one was made back in 2018.

A kind lad with a bit of a mischievous side and a love for swimming. Him and his family moved from the tropical region of Planet Bomber to more suburban parts. Due to the change in climate, Tide often wears that oversized shirt because he's "a little too chilly".
His special ability is his water bombs. These bombs function exactly like water balloons, they're pretty much harmless, and great for cooling off when hot, as well as for pranking others when he's in the mischievous mood (often teaming up with Berry Bomber in doing so).
He has a puppy crush on Aqua Bomber, which started when he first saw her. When the two met in person for the first time, Tide was an awkward mess, but the two did work through that and became friends. He gave her a flower to let her know he likes her.
As a teenager (second image), he definitely had gotten more toned thanks to years of swimming experience, and had gotten the job as a lifeguard of a beach, being the youngest to be hired so far. At this point, he pretty much had forgotten about his crush on Aqua, until he saw her on vacation at the beach with her (now much bigger) family, and seeing her in a cute one-piece swimsuit rekindled his crush on her, as well as his awkwardness, and once they reconnect, they message eachother once in a while. Personality-wise, he hasn't changed very much.
Oh, and he does fit in that shirt now, but hardly wears it since it's always warm where he currently lives.
