AFTER THE AUDITION → OPEN

[Now that his audition was over and done with, Blaine was finally able to relax a little and think of something other than NYADA and Carmen Tibideaux. And even though he knew it wouldn’t be long before he would get back to worrying again, but he had no intention of doing so now, especially not at a surprise party that his friends had thrown for him. Because that’d be really rude, and Blaine Anderson was simply not brought up that way. As expected, almost everyone he talked to at the party had offered him a drink or two, but he didn’t really feel like getting drunk tonight. Not only because of Kurt, but also because he wanted to stay sober enough to remember the night. He was on his way to the kitchen for some water when a friendly face appeared and handed him a glass, before clinking it gently against their own.] 

“Why, thank you. What’s in this?” [Blaine asked politely, holding up the glass to examine it.] “I should probably let you know that I don’t plan on drinking tonight.”

SHOTS, EVERYBODY! → OPEN

[Kurt was so excited when he got the news that Dani and Rachel decided to throw Blaine a party. He couldn’t wait to hear about the audition and get his drink on after another long week. Had he known that the girls were planning something big for Blaine, he would have suggested a helping hand - especially since he tended to be the go to guy for any party planning, but from the looks of it, Rachel and Dani could put him a run for his money. He loved the black tie dress code. Women dressing in long beautiful gowns and the men looking polished, he lived for it. And while when he walked in, all the drinking and alcohol took him by surprise but he was instantly grateful for it and quickly got comfortable in the environment. He managed to get along with their friends and was easily pursued into taking a few rounds of shots with his fellow party guests. Sure, Kurt was the type to want to keep a good appearance at events like this but he also liked to indulge in making bad decisions every once in a while. So after a while, he undid his bowtie and hung his tuxedo jacket in a safe place as he enjoyed the night and his lack of sobriety. He was hopping from person to person, mingling with the crowd and ultimately losing track of where his friends had gone off too in the process. That was until he spotted a familiar face and noticed they didn’t currently have a drink in their hand, a wrong that drunk Kurt felt the need to right.] 

“Shall I pour you shot? If it’ll help, I’m open to body shots. I’m not shy.” [He joked with a wink before laughing loudly. He could already tell that his whole body would hate him tomorrow, though he figured that was a problem for future Kurt to deal with.]

IT’S A PARTY → OPEN

[Dani wasn't wasted, no, but she was far past tipsy by now. With the next two days off of work for some reason, this party was the perfect excuse to finally let loose and not feel guilty about spending all of Sunday in bed. She was fully planning on waking up with a pounding headache, and no decent recollection of tonight’s events. That was a sign of a good night. Leaning against the counter to pour herself a drink, she found herself reaching for a second cup at the same time. A mix of coke, the last of some liquor bottle that Blaine had laying around and whatever else she could find in the kitchen led to the cup being filled with a dark, seemingly pretty weird concoction. She turned to the only other person in the kitchen with a smirk, and pushed the plastic cup towards them on the counter with a nonchalant shrug.]

“Ten bucks says you won’t drink this.”

[Her look was challenging but playful, something that never really changed no matter how much she would drink. If roles were reversed, she would down it in a second just to prove herself, and also because she wasn’t really one to plan ahead. It would only amuse her to see what someone else would do.]
