Oddly, I struggled a bit with where to put baby & pregnant fic. I can enjoy it, and its an essential part of life that should be included in stories. (All that steamy sex can have consequences!) However...it's so often obsessed over, treated unrealistically, and hyper-cliche that I often hate it in reality.

Some of them in the same tier are better than others, or could move a rank or so, but i think its pretty fair!
