At that time, I was doing my best to console Tieze. Nobles have it tough, you know? She’s gone through a lot having to deal with those guys who think they can get away with anything as long as it doesn’t violate the Taboo Index. She was really worried she might end up with someone like that for a husband. I know she felt safe around me, but I wonder if even she knows what her real feelings toward me are.

I will say, Tieze is a wonderful girl. She’s fun and down to earth and actually quite strong, even though she may not realize it. Thinking about it, having her as my wife certainly wouldn’t be the worse thing in the world…ahhh…what am I saying…and why is my face suddenly hot!?
