I've been playing around with a new process called soft soldering or Tiffany technique. I use a soldering iron, copper and a lead free solder (jewellery and pieces you wear have to have lead free solder) to create unique pieces.

This pendant is a clear quartz shard with a Lapis Lazuli nugget.

I plan to oxidise this piece to bring out some of the textures in the metal and then it will be taken to my Christmas market I'm attending in Bradninch (Devon) on the 10th December.

My first stained-glass-esque project ever! I'm making a tiny plant case for a succulent. I was way too afraid to even try to cut out triangular shapes for the lid today, however. First time using a soldering gun or a glass cutter or a glass grinder but it's super fun! I think this hobby is a lot less space-consuming and wallet-draining since the projects can be fairly small, clear glass isn't nearly as pricey as colored types, and you could definitely just buy a hand file for smoothing edges down.
