Me, after seeing that the temperature is supposed to dip slightly below 20 degrees for the first time since May: I MUST BAKE!!! Autumn is soon to be upon us and lo, I must fill my home with the sweet scent of bak'd bread and pastries, both rough and puff. Bring forth the flour!! 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🥐🥐🥐🥐🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪

Making puff pastry, filled chocolates, a cheesecake, and rice pudding, all at the same time. Hohoho.

I'm laminating puff pastry, and my kitchen smells deliciously like butter.

I tried to decorate a cake this morning. It was going good until the thing basically disintegrated as I was putting the crumb coat of icing on. So, I guess I’m going to make like two hundred cake pops.

I just put a jumbo cinnamon roll in the oven. My house smells amazing.

Bread day, bread day, hey everybody, it's bread day!

So I couldn't sleep again last night, but at least today I'll bake some bread. Maybe cupcakes. Chocolate, or carrot?
