why is tiger shroff such a wet puppy throughout this movie

if i had a nickel for every time tiger's character is a soldier who falls obsessively in love with an intensely patriotic mentor almost twice his age (bonus points if the mentor has one (1) failed relationship) in a movie that deals with human replication of some sort, directly involving him.

AND when encountered with a grenade, has him deciding to run from it with said mentor instead of just kicking it away, i would have two nickels, and that's too oddly specific to have two nickels for.

just watched 'War' (2019) and...how to say it...the film wouldve been better if it was at least a bit more symbolically incestuously gay. if Major Kabir Dhaliwal (right) was for Khalid (left) both a father figure AND a romantic interest

the father figure thing is present in the film but the homo-erotic stuff is due to that rule that says straight guys' power fantasies are gay men's soft pron. you systematically create homo-erotic tension when you film Hrithik Roshan being handsome in slow mo and multiple angles

just look at me in the eyes and tell me this is a very straight way to film two MCs 🤡
