*CRIES IN ART* What is wrong with me this week?? I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO DRAW ACTUALLY DECENT BACKGROUNDS IN MONTHS AND NOW IM SPITTING OUT ONE AFTER THE OTHER Little Pokemon AU for @fire-for-battle and my lovely FCs Aaron and Sebastian. In which Sebi is a shiny Sharpedo and Aaron a shiny Kyogre. Legend of Korra: the Tiger-Shark

So when Varrick called Bolin a Tiger-Shark I imagined the awesome and formidable real-life animal with a penchant for indiscriminately eating anything including license plates and old-timey cannonballs.  But then I stopped and remembered that this was the Avatar universe...

What the hell is a Tiger-Shark?!? Is it a furry chondrichthyes with the head and vicious claws of a predatory feline that can somehow roar underwater??

Is it a big cat with a shark head that for some reason hunts by cutting it's prey down with razor sharp fins and can bite through metal!!?? Is it some unholy amphibious abomination that will happily hunt and eviscerate you on land, in the sea, or in your dreams!???!??
