The redhead was practically in hysterics, his voice octaves higher than his normal tone. Moisture gathered in the corners of his eyes as his large body trembled. Before he could stop himself, he balled up a fist and launched it right at Himuro’s nose. Stupid Himuro. How could he forget and approach him in a dog costume?!

the fist was the first thing he noticed as soon as his friend turned and himuro immediately dodged it, leaning back and grabbing the younger’s wrist while he laughed silently, shoulders shaking at the other’s expression. “did it scare you that much?” he asked, brow raising in amusement. “look, taiga, i’m not wearing it anymore!”

Kagami saw the person in front of him swaying and though he should have made a left turn at the past intersection, he felt it was probably better to keep an eye on the stranger. Just as he'd predicted, the person started a rapid descent. “Hey, I got you…”

Nijimura knew he had been feeling off that day, but, being as stubborn as he was, he opted to ignore it while he went about his daily routine. It was on his way home, however, that it all caught up with him. ‘The world could stop spinning any time now.’ He thought as he wobbled his way down the sidewalk.Somewhere along his path, his foot managed to catch on something which sent him careening backwards after a futile attempt to right himself. Much to his surprise, instead of hitting the concrete beneath him, he was caught by someone. “Huh…?” Nijimura stared up at an unfamiliar face for a moment before forcing his sluggish body to stand on its own. “Ah, thanks. Sorry about that.”

tigeronthethreshold Makoto sighed as his team left him alone in the gym, instead opting to head straight for the pool. They had access to a fully equipped gym here during their training camp in Tokyo, and Gou had based their whole regiment on this fact. But of course, Haru would opt for the pool instead, and Haru wouldn't be Haru if he didn't manage to bring the rest of the team with him, even if he didn't mean to. Makoto sighed to himself as he sat on the chest press, adjusting the weights before doing his reps slow, taking the time to let each muscle feel the pull of the machine, just as Gou had written. He didn't really want to be at the brunt of their spartan manager's wrath if she ever found out. Makoto thought it was best to lead by example. They'd come around eventually. Not that he really minded, the gym itself was mostly empty. One of the reasons he never really frequented the gym back in Iwatobi was because of how people tended to crowd, and tended to stare. It was embarrassing. Makoto finished his reps and made his way to the bench press, nearly bumping into the person in front of him as he looked down at his paper. "Oh! I'm so sorry, umm..." Makoto was startled as he looked up at a very tall, seemingly very aggravated male, who seemed to be older than him. "S-sorry about that... are you... umm, are you using the bench press?" He looked around. No one else was there except for the both of them."If you're using it, did you need a spotter?" he offered, hoping the friendly gesture would come across.

Drinks all of the coffee - It’s a competition between them really. Typically, Kagami gets to it first. But if Aomine’s up in time, he’ll hog the whole pot and drink it all just to spite Kagami even though he doesn’t particularly care for coffee.

Brings up adopting a pet - Neither. Mainly because Aomine will babysit or borrow Nigou from Tetsu.

Kills the bugs - Both. It’s merely a matter of who’s closest, but Aomine tends to catch and release them rather than killing.

Cooks the meals - Kagami. As stated previously, Aomine is barred from the kitchen unless properly supervised.

Starts getting into holidays way before they should - Neither really do, but Kagami tends to get into the Christmas spirit a couple weeks before the holiday.

Initiates the couple selfies - Aomine. Mostly to get on Kagami’s nerves and to acquire blackmail occasionally.

Forgets the birthdays and anniversaries - Generally, Aomine acts like he forgot certain dates to get on Bakagami’s nerves, but neither really forget important dates.

Always ends up with too much junk food after grocery shopping - Kagami can’t trust Aomine to shop for groceries period. He’ll always come back with instant or microwavable food instead of what was on the list Kagami wrote out for him.

Nicknames the other - Both of them. They seem to have a new nickname for one another every time they get into some kind of argument or just talking normally. And they’re never really kid friendly names, either.
