This Wednesday (8/5) our Kickstarter campaign begins for our tribute to the gnarliest band that ever was, Motörhead. We’re recording this thing from scratch in Kansas City at Westend Studios with Justin Mantooth at the helms and myself overseeing everything. I’d call this more of a collaborative art project rather than your standard compilation of songs. I don’t know about you but, the only way I get better is by woodshedding. No shortcuts, no work arounds... just working at it. This picture is a close up shot of my drum rug. The area around my snare is loaded with saw dust/wood chippings from my drumsticks. Also my @officialtamadrums ironcobras just got an upgrade!
