... Was utter pants. I know im flogging a dead cow here but Lobdell isnt writing any kind of Tim that i've ever known. The Joker was practically taunting some completely different guy so it had no emotional impact what so ever. So far in the DoTF crossovers ive feared for everyone and here where my (pre Lobdell fucking him over) favourite DC Character was facing off against the Joker and ...well...I didnt care, I actually wouldnt care if the Joker killed this Tim, because its not the Tim Drake I loved.

I KNOW that the point of the re-boot was to update characters and I really liked James Tynion's take on Timmy in that back up (Was it in Batman #0?) It was our old Timbo just with some new twists. Lobdel is writing a COMPLETELY different guy, a guy I dont give a flying fuckstick about.

You know what i'd love? I'd love DC to give James Tynion the Red Robin title and let him run with it. Imagine if they could get Kenneth Rocafort or Rafael Albuquerque to do the artwork? I practically lady-gasm at the thought.

Until then if all thats left is Lobdell's Fake-Drake then i may give up all together.
