“Do you think that a little too obvious?” He asked.
“Yeah but doesn’t it sound so obvious that it’s not?” You gave him a look that says ‘Think about it’.
He crossed his arms over his chest leaning back in his chair thinking “I mean it could work, if you want it to work” he looked at you.
“I mean I’m definitely going to add things to try to not make it right on the nose you know” you took a sip from your red bull “God this taste good”
“Okay say you are going to go in that direction with the story,” he sat straight back again “walk me through it what you have in mind.”
“Well if I’m gonna go with that storyline then ……….” Before you get to finish Tony interrupted.
“Umm what’s going on here?” He walked in from behind you, looking at you both he stood in front of McGee’s desk. You were sitting on the desk on the right side as Tim was sitting on the chair looking at Tony.
“We’re working Tony” McGee told him.
He looks between you two with a raised eyebrow “But we don’t have a case yet, so what are you two working on?” he seemed intrigued.
“It’s none of your business DiNozzo” you tell him rolling your eyes at him.
“Oh when you put it that was it seems like it’s my business”
You and Tim shared a look that says ‘told you so’. You stand up “You know what? You should come over this weekend so we can do this” then gave Tony a glare as you you’re your way to your desk “Where we can never be rudely interrupted”
McGee was smirking at that “sure sounds like a plan.”
Tony looked between you two “I’m coming too”
You glare at him “no you’re not, and if you do I’ll set my dogs on you” you threatened then gave him a fake smile.
