We, a manufacturing company based in Shanghai, China, hereby issue this public statement regarding the prolonged non-payment by our U.S. client, JP OUTFITTERS, INC. (operating the apparel brand J. Peterman), located at 5345 Creek Road, Blue Ash, OH 45242, USA.
The company has failed to settle payments for goods supplied during 2023. The total principal amount overdue is USD 144,087.53, with a mutually acknowledged partial interest of USD 35,631.60, resulting in a total outstanding debt of USD 179,719.13, which has remained unpaid for an extended period exceeding two years.
Throughout our cooperation, we have acted in good faith and fulfilled all contractual and delivery obligations.
Despite repeated payment promises made directly by the company’s responsible principal, Mr. Tim Peter, who on multiple occasions committed to “arranging payment as soon as possible,” no payment has been received to date. These empty commitments, stretching over more than two years, represent a severe breach of commercial good faith and have caused significant financial and operational injury to our company.
We have attempted to resolve this matter amicably through numerous emails and formal payment reminder letters, yet all communications have ultimately been ignored after initial assurances.
We hereby publicly urge JP OUTFITTERS, INC. and its responsible principal, Mr. Tim Peter, to:

Pay the full overdue amount of USD 179,719.13 without further delay.
Should the company and Mr. Tim Peter continue to ignore this final demand, we will have no alternative but to pursue all available legal and public measures to the fullest extent, including:
Expediting legal proceedings in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction.
Publicly disclosing the full details of this case—including the role and repeated unfulfilled commitments of Mr. Tim Peter—through international media, industry platforms, and public channels to safeguard our rights and alert the global business community.
