Tim Conway 1933~2019. A long, hilarious career. He had the magic of funny that few possess. The Carol Burnett Show was a saving grace for my childhood, and watching Tim find such joy in the ridiculous made my heart sing. hey, you posted some time last year a link to a BBC series of lectures.. it was by this British professor who teaches at some university in the US.. I know that's not helpful, but I believe the lectures were on nationalism... I'm just wondering if you still have the link to that, or if you remember the professor's name at least?

i think youre talking about Kwame Anthony Appiah lecture series here. The one Ive talked about the most is the one about culture.
